Went to Chicago for work -
Finally got to visit Smart Bar for the legendary Queen! party. -
Saw the Unity Temple in Oak Park, IL that Frank Lloyd Wright designed. -
Also went on a tour of his home/studio. This was his children's playroom. -
Where he built a piano into a wall because he didn't like how it took up so much space in the room. -
Leaded glass in The Rookery, another Frank Lloyd Wright design. -
Ate an italian sub at Fontano's. -
Saw this Max Ernst painting at SAIC. I thought it was cool the center part looks like a CD but done 50+ years before the CD was created. Plus the sense of foreboding doom seemed apropos of the times. -
-
Visited the site of the Warehouse, the birthplace of Chicago House Music. Now it's a couple of law firms. -
Made music with River in their studio. We worked with Julie Hill on a new fuzzyy track. -
Went on a tugboat ride around the hudson bay. -
Amanda saw this funny chalk drawing in our neighborhood. -
We went to our friend's Peter and Claire's beautiful wedding in Connecticut. -

Zohran won the mayoral primary after being endorsed by our bird neighbor! I spent a lot of the last two weeks canvassing. Went a lot to Ozone Park / little bangladesh. Inspired by how many young people (20-25 years old) were out on the streets. Many multi-generational families were voting for Zohran because their kids convinced them. Something to be hopeful about in these bleak times. -
Leslie and I put out a record together - my first single as "fuzzyy."
